Online courses
Fairbrass Training offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all online course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
To be eligible for a refund, the course must not have been completed and no PDF certificate must have been issued. Once a course is completed and a certificate is downloaded, the course is considered fully delivered and a refund will not normally be issued.
How to request a refund
Refunds are issued by Fairbrass Training and returned to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor, in pounds sterling. Where a refund is approved, the full amount paid — including any VAT shown on the original transaction — will be returned to your original payment method.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@fairbrasstraining.com. We aim to process refund requests within 5 working days.
Face-to-face and classroom courses
For face-to-face, classroom, and in-house training bookings, our refund and cancellation terms are as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled course date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled course date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled course date are not eligible for a refund, but we may be able to transfer your booking to a later date at our discretion.
- If Fairbrass Training cancels a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have made a duplicate payment, please contact us at info@fairbrasstraining.com as soon as possible. We will investigate and, if appropriate, arrange a refund through our payment provider.
Changes to this policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date.
