National Water Hygiene is the standard hygiene qualification required by water companies and their contractors before anyone is allowed to work on assets that form part of the public drinking water supply. It is available online or delivered in a classroom face to face, and is registered with Energy & Utility Skills (EUSR) on successful completion.
The course explains why drinking water hygiene matters, how contamination happens, and the practical controls and personal standards every operative must follow when working on mains, service pipes, service reservoirs, treatment works and pumping stations.
Fairbrass Training delivers this course as an EUSR-approved trainer, so your team leaves with the recognised card that clients and water companies ask to see on site.
