Overview

About this course

EUSR Core is the shared foundation of the SHEA family of qualifications. It covers the health, safety and environmental awareness expected of anyone working in the utility sector, whatever the discipline.

Because it is the common element across SHEA schemes, Core is often the most efficient route for teams working across more than one utility, or as the base for adding sector-specific modules later.

The course is delivered in person in a classroom by an EUSR-approved trainer and registered with EUSR on successful completion.

Who it's for

  • New entrants to the utilities sector
  • Operatives working across more than one utility discipline
  • Civils, groundworks and streetworks teams
  • Supervisors and managers needing a common safety baseline
  • Teams building towards a full SHEA passport
